How do I create a Note?

There are 2 ways to create a new note.

From Main Menu:

  1. Select “Notes” from the top Main Menu.
  2. Select “Add Note”. Fill in the details and attach the note to a Location/Device/Item.
  3. Once you have added all necessary details, select “Create Note”. Job done!

 

From Location/Device/Item

  1. Select the Location/Device/Iten you want to assign a Note to.


  2. Select “Add Note”. Fill in the details and attach the note to a Location/Device/Item.
  3. Once you have added all necessary details, select “Create Note”. Job done!

You can also edit the notes as needed by selecting the note location or through the Main Menu.

  1. Select “Edit”.
  2. Update details, the “Save note changes”.
